I am an American…First.

I am not a political party.

My loyalty…is to America.

I’ve always believed in America…despite what I have experienced as a woman of African and Native American descent…

My African ancestors were not immigrants…they were brought over against their will…as slaves…My Native American ancestors were the indigenous people of America…and their treatment at the hands of European “settlers” put many Nations on reservations…or extinction.

And still…I am an American… First…

To watch Republicans and the counsel of attorneys continuously defend “monstrous lies” and seditious, insurrectionist actions, clearly without any stretch of the imagination, shows that they have no allegiance to America…only to themselves…and the GOP. Our country be damned as far as they are concerned…The oaths each one of them took, mean nothing to any of them…including the oaths taken by their impeachment counsel…the day they became attorneys…which begins as follows…

“I, (state your name) do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitutions of the United States, and of this state…”

What I viewed of their performance in the impeachment trial…Trump’s defense has grossly abandoned their oath…

The oath Senators take is as follows…

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same: that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

What I have witnessed over the last four years…culminating with January 6, 2021…the GOP has tragically abandoned their oath of office…and placed their party above the country…and the American people…solidifying their stand against America first, and their allegiance…to themselves.

“America First” does not mean separatist policies removing America from the hub of Allies and American aid to under served countries…or discriminating in immigration. America is a country of immigrants…with the exceptions mentioned above.

“America First” means being an American first…and upholding the meaning of America and her principles and values…and “one nation…under God.” Not one nation under white supremacy…white privilege…or Trumpism.

Many Republicans have abandoned their principles and values….

Republicans will not vote to impeach Trump because not only will they be convicting themselves of complicit behaviors with their support of impeachment (even though they know it is the right thing to do), they will also be condemning their party to death…which is already dead in the water…yet they believe they can continue the illusion of its viability…if they can continue to feed the “monstrous lie” and feed it to the American people as “moving on to heal” and impeachment of someone no longer in office…is “unconstitutional.”

Aside from the fact that nowhere in the Constitution is such an inference made as to the offending statesman being subjected to prosecution only if he/she remains in office…it is not a defense.  Someone who has committed high crimes and misdemeanors against the country is not absolved of the offense or accountability to the offense, because they are no longer in office. 

If that were the case…all laws would be obsolete and not applicable upon anyone leaving a public office…or any office…or any job…statesman…civilian…or citizen. If only….

America is not a game of “Monopoly.” Trump does not get a “Get Out Of Jail Free” card…According to our democracy, there are laws which hold anyone who breaks or goes against them…Accountable…

To date…America sets a poor record on “Accountability.”

The fact is…Trump was impeached while still in office…a matter of semantics…delays to trials don’t erase the crimes.

Mitch McConnell asked for a delay of the trial as a ploy to garner momentum to dismiss the trial by putting forth that Trump was no longer subjected to be charged with accountability of the insurrection…because he was no longer the sitting president.  The Constitution does not dismiss blatant acts against democracy by something as simple as “He is no longer the President.”

The actions of high crimes and misdemeanors have been committed throughout Trump’s four years in office with lies and propaganda being endorsed and pushed by the GOP…and it resulted in what every American witnessed on January 6, 2021…and the world.

Should Trump be acquitted by his Republican GOP Senators…and they make this defense of a lie credible… this is the message that will be sent to EVERY American citizen and beyond… Democracy will no longer be effective or credible…or taken seriously…anywhere…Everyone will expect and demand…their “get out of jail free” card…and entitled…according to the GOP and Trump’s defense team.

God Bless America…

Someone who is an American, first…would honor their oaths and allegiance to America, her democracy, and her citizens.

Someone who is an American, first…would not hold themselves above the interests of the country…and continuously incite and promote division by placing the blame on the party truly working for bipartisanship…which happens to be the Democratic Party.

Someone who is an American, first…would stand up for what is true and just…and not continue to build on a “monstrous lie” to pull the wool over the eyes of American citizens, in order to downplay their abuse of power and lack of honor and integrity in their roles to serve our country…

These utterly flawed and degenerate individuals…have no business representing any portion of the American public…

The 14th Amendment, section 3 states as follows…

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.  But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

According to this Amendment, Senators and Representatives in Congress can also be removed for engaging in insurrection or rebellion…How many GOP Senators and Representatives are guilty of complicity to such actions, and have yet to be held accountable by this constitutional law?

As it is written…so let it be done.  

Rejecting the facts…does not make what took place…go away. 

Trump Defense…go tell it on the mountain…over the hills…and everywhere…Trump is not responsible for what comes out of his mouth…especially what came out of his mouth on January 6, 2021…

The Capitol Police Officer who lost his life defending the Capitol Building… Brian Sicknick…tell his family that he’s not really dead…because Trump did not incite an insurrection….

Tell the officers who committed suicide because of the trauma of what took place on January 6, 2021, that they took their lives for no reason…

Tell the many who were traumatized and suffered physical injuries…that it’s all in their imagination…January 6, 2021 never happened…

Tell the American people…and the people around the world who witnessed the events of January 6, 2021…and the Trumpism planted and nurtured in the 43 months leading up to the election… that led to the insurrection…that we really did not see what was happening before our eyes…it was all an illusion…

Tell the insurrectionists acting on the orders of “their president” that their fallen comrade wasn’t shot to death in the act of committing a crime in storming the Capitol Building to harm others in the name of Trump…and that all of those arrested for being a part of their attempt to overthrow the government, will be set free and all charges dropped…because the person responsible for their sedition and insurrection…is no longer the president…and no longer accountable for his failed coup…

Tell all of the Senators and their families…especially Republican Senators and Vice President Pence…that running for their lives was totally unnecessary…because their constituents in the form of those Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, were not there to do them harm…

Tell everyone who witnessed the attack on the Capitol Building, on January 6, 2021, after Trump’s “empowering speech of civility” was going to happen anyway…Knowing full well, that if Trump had delivered a message accepting the will of the American people’s voting process, which resulted in Joe Biden being elected as President of the United States…back when the election was called as such, last Novem

ber…January 6, 2021…would have never happened.

Trump systematically fed his supporters lies that he knew would culminate in an eruption which would seek to undermine the foundation of our democracy…which has been his purpose…and now stands on the brink of being realized.

 The presidential oath of office is as follows…

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”       

Trump took the oath of office of the President of the United States on January 20, 2017…

He disregarded this oath and proceeded to take away individual rights…and overpower the legislative and judicial branches by putting in what he felt were “Trump loyalists” set to do his will upon his request…the GOP became his party…catering to his every whim…until they realized they would not be able to sustain his re-election…that their political futures were at stake…and their party was no longer credible in the eyes of Republicans who held to the standards of the Party of Lincoln…

Alexander Hamilton recorded in the written word that impeachment is “a method of national inquest into the conduct of public men accused of violating the public trust.”

Trump violated the public trust by lies, deception, incitement, division and using his supporters to storm the Capitol Building in his manipulation of their loyalty; which also led to the endangerment of political colleagues on State and Federal levels…

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution states…

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Violations of the law and abuses of power must be held accountable…

If they are disregarded and the manipulation of those laws are allowed to take place…we must acknowledge that democracy…is indeed…dead…powerless…and without meaning.

I am an American…First.

I believe we must uphold the laws of our land…and protect the meaning and execution of our Constitution in upholding the principles and values that America claims to stand on…

I am not a Democrat or Republican…first…

I will…and have (but not for Trump) cross the aisle with my vote…for the candidate who would best represent the interests of America and her citizens interests at home and abroad…

Trump was never that person…in either election… in my assessment of the best face and character of America… as President. He never was a president…or my president.

We have witnessed the true nature and character of those who masquerade as “Americans and patriots”…when they are nothing more than seditionists…insurrectionists…traitors…and destroyers of Truth…Justice…Liberty…and Freedom.

They would rather contribute to the downfall of democracy and all that it stands for…rather than support their country by stepping up and doing what’s right and just.

The real truth is…long after these insurgents and fake American politicians in the government perish…America… is what will be remembered as a once emerging nation that had all of the components to be a haven and a beacon…

Then it was destroyed… by men and women who put their interests…and their agenda…ahead of a country…and its citizens…which they took solemn oaths to protect.

Were they ever Americans…First?

Those who usher in the fall of our democracy…are not Americans…first.

Those who stand by and allow and practice abuse of power at the cost of a nation and its people… Are not Americans…first.

Those who don’t live by the laws…yet expect others to do so…Are not Americans…first.

Americans…first…are in grave danger of extinction…

And becoming a part of the American fabric…that once stood for something greater than itself…

The Will Of The People…

It was the will of the people and the voice of their votes that freed the country from a tyrant…

It will once again be the will of the people and the people’s vote that will be the instrument of securing a second impeachment vote through the Senate…

An insurrection was recruited…nursed…and empowered by Trump to his supporters, to rise up against the Capitol where the Senate and House were in session to ceremoniously confirm the results of the 2020 Election, declaring President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice-President Elect Kamala Harris the victors of said election with the tally of electoral votes.

The present Republican Party has made their position very clear.  They intend to defend a traitor to our country…attempting to overthrow democracy for his own self-serving agenda, in order to retain Trump’s supporters, in a veiled attempt to override the Constitution’s call to hold treason and sedition accountable, by saying Trump is no longer in office, so he is no longer accountable for his actions.

What Constitution are they quoting?! The Constitution does not make such a claim as they are trying to introduce.  There is nothing “unconstitutional” in holding an insurrectionist, in the office of President, impeached for a second time while in office, accountable…It is the duty of the House and The Senate to uphold the remedy of the Constitution of the United States. Didn’t they swear and take an oath to protect the country and its citizens against this very thing? All enemies within and outside of the United States of America?

The whole world witnessed his words…his actions…and his deed of accomplishment…January 6, 2021 is now a part of American history at its worst…nothing will reverse the lives that were lost or the damage that was done…yet something can be done to ensure accountability as called for in the U.S. Constitution: Impeachment. 

The attempt by the GOP to delay the trial until Trump left office, believed that they had a defense to once again look the other way.  Smoke and mirrors are the mastery of the GOP.  Misdirection…Delusion…Complicity…Division. Major players in the Republican Rule Book on fooling the people all of the time to retain power for self-serving preservation. 

The party of Lincoln switched.  Back in the 1860’s, Republicans dominated the northern states, and the Democrats dominated the South…The Republicans orchestrated the expansion of federal power…The Democrats opposed it.  Republicans passed laws granting protections for Black Americans and advanced social justice.  Democrats opposed these expansions of federal power.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a Democratic President, won reelection in 1936 on his introduction of the New Deal, reforms to remedy the Depression.  The remedies included the regulation of financial institutions, the creation of welfare and pension programs, infrastructure development…

They took form in the following programs and agencies…The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), the Civil Works Administration (CWA), the Farm Security Administration (FSA), the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 (NIRA) and the Social Security Administration (SSA).

These programs and agencies provided support for farmers, the unemployed, youth and the elderly.

The defeated Republican candidate, Alf Landon, opposed these exercises of federal power.

It is imperative that people understand the stance their chosen parties represent…and how they came to champion the stance that distinguishes one party from the other.  Republicans are the party of “bigger businesses and hands-off government.” It is their assertion that hands-off government is better for business.  Where does that leave the average working-class American? 

Become informed…Read…Research from highly reliable sources…it is tragic to be regarded as sheep…who can be led to slaughter…Trump threw his supporters under the bus…Remember…He told his supporters as he urged them to march on the Capitol Building, “I will be right there with you.”  He was nowhere to be found.  He abandoned them after accomplishing his agenda of getting them to fight his delusional battle…

Today, this is not about labels of division such as “Democrats” or “Republicans.”

When we “see” each other as people…we see and measure the hearts and minds of people…that gives us our true picture…

Who we will trust…

Who we will know by their character…

Who we will know by their integrity…

Who we will know by their honor…

Who we will know by their honesty…

Who we will know by their words…

Who we will know by their word…

Who we will know by their actions…

Who we will know by their deeds…

Who we will know by their truth…

We know that the Party of Lincoln was once a party of the people…

The GOP is now a party of antagonists…championing lies…deceit…corruption…subversion…insurrection…sedition…delusion…exclusion…revolution…white supremacy…white privilege…racism…division…destroyers of democracy…freedom…justice…liberty…America.

Wrong is right…and right is wrong…Self-service is king…and power is supreme…Just ask Mitch McConnell and his Republican cronies.  In their eyes, American citizens are just collateral damage to their complicit behavior in giving Trump a free pass to walk away without accountability for nearly destroying our country under their watch.

We can ensure they are all held accountable…

Stop the support. Stop the funding. Stop voting for those who do not have your best interests at heart. Don’t look at labels…Look at people.  Look for people who are salvageable and redeemable…The Republican party has shown the world who they really are…and what they are really all about.  They didn’t care about standing by their oaths to country and the people…they cared about themselves…and their political careers and futures…without caring about credibility and integrity.

It is so unfortunate that “real” Republicans across the country who stood up to the Trump Manifest, must belong in a party with the Hill GOP, who are disgraces to the former party of Lincoln…

Look at these politicians as who and what they are…people…people who choose and chose to be unsavory…unapologetic…without shame… and abandon their country for power… which is diminishing…

It will be the will of the people that will bring unity in spite of Republican attempts to divide a nation.

It will be the will of the people which will answer the call of the Constitution to hold Trump accountable along with those who aided and abetted his agenda and insurrection to overthrow democracy.

We know that violence never extends itself to purpose…violence is desperation when truth and reason prevail…Trump and his supporters showed the world this with their actions….

We must stand on democracy to deliver democracy…

The Constitution demands accountability by impeachment…there is nothing unconstitutional about it.

The Republican Party does not speak for the people…nor do they know the will of the people…

The road to unity is accountability…

It is the will of the people…for the people…by the people….

This Truth Is Evident…

The Republican Party…Must GO!

In its present state, it is a Party of Insurrectionists…Sedition…Treason…Traitors…Sociopaths…Pathological Liars…Conspiracy Propagandists…Self-Anointed Elitists…Bullies…Cowards…Political Chameleons…Loyalists to their own self-gain…and Power Extremists.

They do not serve allegiance to the Republic…or the people they took oaths to serve…They are self-serving and devoid of honor, truth and integrity.  This truth is evident…and truth is not always kind…

They are the putrefaction of white supremacy and white privilege…a truth that is not kind…

Trump is not gone as long as the present Party of GOP loyalists are allowed to move forward…as if the last four years of their enabling of a dictator and his demonic rise in the Office of the President of the United States… never took place…as if the insurrection at the Nation’s Capital Building on January 6, 2021, never took place…

As long as the GOP continues to recite their mantra, that “Trump is out of office now” while planting divisive seeds that another impeachment trial would sow further division, because the country needs to heal…our democracy is still in danger…

Healing will not take place if accountability is swept under the rug… and “division” of a different sort will surely take place…a division that will destroy democracy and America…

This present rhetoric from the GOP is merely a diversion to steer the people who believe in this country and what it is meant to stand for away from supporting the second impeachment trial… They want to accomplish this in order to ensure that Trump’s supporters remain intact to bolster their thirst and continued quest for power in their votes, luring them to believe that Trump will make a run for the Presidency in 2024… With the second impeachment trial, and a conviction, Trump will be barred from running for any office… ever again. 

This Truth Is Evident….

Accountability must be served on behalf of the American people… Salvation and preservation of our Democracy hangs in the balance….

This Truth Is Evident…

We cannot afford to let this moment pass without retribution…the price our country and every American will pay…will permanently divide us…and destroy us.

If we believe in a free country…in a free world…we must support the safeguards of our democracy…and put them to test…and show the world that we stand on what we believe in…and what we are going to do to defend it…within our country…as well as outside of our country.

And it is soberly clear…America’s credibility stands on her “Accountability.”

Is there a “backbone” to American democracy?

What is the Constitution? If it is not the document of our democracy, what is it?

While it is not perfect…and it needs to be amended to service the continuing change and growth to accommodate centuries of America’s ever-evolving tapestry…our Constitution calls for “Accountability.”

Conquering our weaknesses as a country…is our strength as a nation.  Our nation’s longevity stands on the fine line of overcoming our weaknesses by directing our strength to enforce the truth of our democracy: Defiance demands and delivers accountability…to anyone who challenges its sovereignty….

This Truth Is Evident…

Usurping the Constitution… infringes the will of the people.

Abuse of power must be met with shutting down that power…and severing any and all avenues to that power ever occurring again.  Impeachment of Trump is that accountability…without any shadow of a doubt.

Lincoln and real Republicans weep at the destruction of their party by their own hand and despicable actions…Give them a reality check: Treason will not be tolerated on any level…

This Goes Beyond Impeachment…

All of the GOP must be held accountable and expelled from the Senate and the House…

Their Party needs a gutting and complete makeover… Examples must be made or we ARE a failed democracy…some countries have already come to that conclusion.

A stand must be taken…

This Goes Beyond Impeachment…

Only ten Republicans in the House on Wednesday, January 13, voted to impeach Trump…

Let us remember that the first impeachment effort only yielded one Republican Senator who voted for one article of impeachment…and voted against the other…Trump was guilty of both…  While this one senator voted for one article of impeachment, and voted against the other…he was still complicit.  He rode the fence…Fence riding constitutes a divided mind…or appeasement…It’s all or nothing…one cannot go “half-sees” on high crimes and misdemeanors…or excuse insurrection, sedition and treason.

 Addressing the ten who voted for impeachment…where have they been for the last four years?!

They were all in support of and parties to the horrific, chaotic, lie-spinning, propaganda induced Trump machine-turned-seditious-insurrectionist-terrorist-dictator-supremacist…with complete abandon…to our country…its citizens…and their political careers… Only ten had a sudden epiphany and awoke from their Trump-induced stupor?

Before you argue with someone, ask yourself, “Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of different perspective?” If not there is no point to argue. (Dick Gregory)

For Republicans…there is and was no point to argue…but to act upon the obvious…They refused…and many still refuse and have totally embraced and bought into the lies as their reality.  What does that say about their mental state of minds?

Truth…and impeachment will unify Americans who expect integrity, honesty and transparency…

The lies and loyalty to shield an insurrectionist and seditionist will only serve to further divide our nation…and invite the lawlessness and self-serving actions continually practiced by the GOP and their defeated leader…by others who may feel so emboldened to do so.

This Goes Beyond Impeachment…

It is time for Reconstruction…it is time for the creation of a new party or parties…that represent integrity, truth, honor, the country, its citizens and equality…out of the ashes of the GOP…

The Democratic Party must do a better job at defending our country, its citizens and the principles and values they share with the American people who believe in and love America, by strengthening their party and teaching its wet-behind-the ears, young, progressive members that experience can blend with progressive change by working together to create a blended, changing party by implementing new policies with aged wisdom and season… For Democrats…the time has arrived…make it count.

The redefining of America is under the eye of scrutiny from every nation around the globe…This moment will determine America’s resilience to come back from the blow of domestic terrorists of her own making…

The seeds of racism and racial divide planted with the inception of slavery continuing to bear strange fruit in blue uniforms…and white privilege…

Economic disparities creating divides that are deepening and changing the meaning of the “American family”…

Homelessness…increasing poverty…a dismissed virus that exploded…and shined a spotlight on those left behind in healthcare…

It’s no Hoax…Here Are More Jokes…

Here we are again…with Part Two… Let’s begin with John Thune, Senator from South Dakota…His statement below will open the flood gates of “untouchability” to the American people… Yes, all people of America will inherit the privilege of being above the law, once Trump is acquitted by the Pachyderm Party…

Borrowing the last sentences of John Thune’s statement in the Clinton impeachment trial, and making the necessary changes deeming them applicable to the Trump impeachment, we all will hold these truths to be self-evident:

“President Trump has committed federal crimes, and there must be a reckoning, or no American shall ever again be prosecuted for those same crimes.”

Here is the entire statement, and it is also the last statement on the page taking a close look at the double standards of these 14 senators who sat high on their pachyderm hunches while stating and quoting passages during the impeachment trial of President Clinton, from the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, while stressing the sanctity and importance of our judicial system and the rule of law, then…

“Our declaration of independence says it best. ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’ In America there is no emperor, and there is no Praetorian guard. There is one standard of justice that applies equally to all, and to say or do otherwise will undermine the most sacred of all American ideals.

President Clinton has committed federal crimes, and there must be a reckoning, or no American shall ever again be prosecuted for those same crimes.”

One must wonder if their patriotic stance came to the forefront because Clinton was a Democratic president… Trump’s offenses are no contest in being high crimes and misdemeanors, yet, the Pachyderms have closed ranks and are vehement in their protection of the bull pachyderm in the room. Deeming Trump and their Party above any laws or procedures…

All of these senators are still senators in the Senate today, and have given full justification of the urgent need and enforcement of term limits in all branches of government.   The Senate should be limited to two (2) terms.  Our nation is suffering a breakdown of democratic process due to the lack of this crucially needed balance of power.  On with the jokes….

The president’s lawyers have argued that the president made these statements to refresh his recollection or to find out what Ms Currie knew in the event of a press avalanche. Neither of these explanations is plausible. It is impossible to refresh one’s recollection with false, leading questions. It is also impossible to find out what someone else knew if you tell them what they are supposed to believe.

The plausibility of either of these explanations is entirely discounted when you consider that the president called Betty Currie in a second time, on January 20, to ‘remind’ her of these statements.

The most likely explanation for these statements is far more sinister. That the president was intending to influence the testimony of a likely witness in a federal civil rights proceeding. President Clinton was in fact, trying to get Betty Currie to join him in his web of deception and obstruction of justice.

I believe the evidence of serious wrongdoing is simply too compelling to be swept aside. I am particularly troubled by the clear evidence of lying under oath in that it must be the bedrock of our judicial system.

It’s no hoax…here are more jokes…While Trump and his Pachyderm soldiers are setting him free, unknown to them, they have just given everyone in America a free pass as “untouchable.”

What’s good for Trump, is good for the people…if he can commit high crimes and misdemeanors and be set above the laws of prosecution…No American shall ever again be prosecuted for those same crimes…

It’s No Hoax…Here Are More Jokes… Part One…

It’s no hoax…while Trump is the joke of all jokes, his Pachyderm Party are right there with him.  Lies (Lessons In Evil Substantiated) are what binds them. What’s  most fascinating is how they pretend to uphold laws…while breaking them… while constructing and executing their deceptions to the American public and the world, as if they were being maligned…when in truth, they are making sure that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, as they destroy Democracy, to their benefit…

This Impeachment trial will end with the Joke’s acquittal.  The same Pachyderm Senators who are fiercely defending their Dictator against impeachment and conviction for his high crimes and misdemeanors, were quite verbal about “upholding” the laws and the articles of Impeachment, when they wanted to impeach President Clinton, a Democratic President, for perjury and obstruction.  The obstruction charge: witness tampering.  The charge said he (Clinton) committed witness tampering by trying to “corruptly influence” the potential testimony of his secretary Betty Currie, and urged former White House intern Monica Lewinsky to submit a false affidavit in a lawsuit against him.

A sexual fiasco weighs far above Trump tampering with a witness in an “official proceeding” such as the Mueller investigation; which is against federal law…or withholding aid to a country unless it investigates and presents damning evidence against an opposing candidate to Trump in the 2020 election…or foreign interference in the 2016 election…high crimes and misdemeanors, which the present administration is trying to dismiss completely.

It is important to see what 14 current Pachyderm senators had to say then, while voting to either impeach or convict Clinton on the obstruction charge…

Mitch McConnell – Kentucky

“Following his deposition, the president had to decide what to do with his loyal secretary, Ms. Betty Currie.  And again, the undisputed evidence shows that the president took the path of lies and deceit.

…I am completely and utterly perplexed by those who argue that perjury and obstruction of justice are not high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Pachyderm McConnell gave his statement from the Senate floor, February 12, 1999. What is utterly perplexing is McConnell voting to impeach a president who took the path of lies and deceit… according to him.

Wait a minute!! Isn’t that the path Trump walks day in and day out, the path of lies and deceit? Didn’t Trump break federal laws to tamper with a witness in an “official proceeding”, the Mueller investigation? What about withholding aid to a country in exchange for finding information to smear a political candidate? Yet, McConnell chooses to protect a president that only dispenses lies and deceit…in full view of the country and the world, without conscience.

Lindsey Graham – South Carolina

“The question I have that needs to desperately be answered by somebody is-when he approached Ms. Currie to coach her in the fashion he did, is that a crime? Because I don’t want people at home to be confused that they can do these things, because if they do what the president did, in my opinion, they will wind up in jail.” —CNN Interview, January 27, 1999.

“Nobody because of their position in society has the right to cheat and get someone to lie for them, even as president.  That means we’re not a nation of men or kings.  We’re a nation of laws, and that’s what this case has always been about to me…He turned the judicial system upside down, every way but loose.  He sent his friends to lie for him.  He lied for himself.” –Speaking on the Senate floor while a House impeachment manager, February 8, 1999.

However, it now appears that if that president is Republican, Lindsey Graham will not hold him accountable for doing the things he describes while stating that “We’re a nation of laws, and that’s what this case has always been about to me.”  He continues to insist that it’s a “partisan” ploy by the Democrats to impeach a Republican president. 

No, it’s about holding Trump accountable for his path of lies and deceit, his obstruction of justice…his high crimes and misdemeanors against our nation, of which the Pachyderm Party has chosen to close ranks and hold to Party loyalty and accept Trump’s despicable acts as “untouchable” while ignoring the very laws they used then, against  President Clinton, for taking, according to the Pachyderms, a path of “lies and deceit.” 

The Democrats are standing up against a president and a party for harboring and protecting his lies and deceit against the American People and the laws that made the United States of America, because the Pachyderm Party chose a Dictator of deceit and lies, over our country….

If There’s A Hell Below…We’re All Gonna Go…

At a very young age, my Uncle J.B. introduced me to the music of Curtis Mayfield…all of his songs were catchy in their rhythmic beats and memorable in their striking and sometimes shocking lyrical content…but right on time! His music was, and to this day, extremely riveting because he captured the social consciousness of the times (then and now), with such stunning precision, in thought and execution.

My view today is given after listening to one of Curtis Mayfield’s compositions titled, “(Don’t Worry) If There Is a Hell Below, We’re All Going to Go.”  I would encourage you to give it a listen…it will transport you to a place and time of the past, that is very much present and going on TODAY.

If There’s a Hell Below…We’re All Gonna Go…because the Impeachment Trial will never come to fruition in removing the individual posing as the Commander-in-Chief,  who did indeed commit high crimes and misdemeanors, in the Office of President of the United States.  Those who can make a difference to end this dog and pony show insist upon exercising misplaced loyalties…they are members of the Pachyderm Party… They have conveniently forgotten that their loyalties are to the Constitution of the United States, and the people of this country…they have formulated an impenetrable web of lies, along with sinister misdirection and accusations of other constituents which have been openly accepted by enough of the masses to condemn everyone to a life in Hell….

The world will get a bird’s eye view of a country that does not lead by example, but lies, which are Lessons In Evil Substantiated, corruption, and a majority in the Senate using  “divide and conquer” in order to achieve their goal of keeping a mental degenerate in office.

There is no honor in being an elephant in this political climate…They have sold their souls, and any integrity of consciousness, if ever possessed within any one of them, to support a severely damaged, mortal, playing a role that is out of touch with the reality of how the government works in a Democracy…A Democracy that is dead, as long as Dictator Donald Trump (DDT) is supported by the starry-eyed Pachyderm Party.

If There’s a Hell Below, We’re All Gonna Go…for doing nothing… for being victims of circumstance…for following blindly…for knowingly participating in the lies…for condemning a country for self-serving gains…for using free-will to oppress and distress…

It’s  no hoax, Trump is the joke of all jokes…and his elephants plan to exonerate him in the Senate of the Impeachment charges…How sad for this nation! Once this deed is done, the world will see firsthand, that democracy is dead in America…

The Impeachment of this president is not about partisanship by one political party over another…those bringing about and supporting the impeachment are those who seek to protect the meaning of America’s Constitution and the rule of Law… And reveal the truth to the American people about a president who is indeed a dictator, supported by his elephants.

We have all witnessed the anarchy of the elephants,  in support of their chosen “messiah” DDT (dictator Donald Trump), who commits anarchy on a daily basis, balancing smoke and mirrors on Twitter to ensure his supporters are saturated to a frenzy about his “mistreatment”  and “crucifying” by those entities and non-elephant groups who see the division, destruction and chaos he continues to create and spread with his L.I.E.S. (Lessons In Evil Substantiated) and iron-hand manipulations of his elephants; who have all turned their backs on the American public by ignoring their oaths of  public office because they fear being the next casualty of their dictator…

Those who took a stand against him by revealing the truth of  his actions, were quickly dismissed, fired and character assassinated publicly to discredit their discoveries….

It’s no hoax, Trump is the joke of all jokes, set on  laying waste to America with the blind and undying loyalty of his greatest pet elephant, Mitch McConnell…who boldly declared he has no intention of taking an oath of impartiality as this is not a judicial trial, and he intends to run the trial in total coordination with White House Lawyers. “Minion McConnell” lost his soul a long time ago.  Hell is burning white-hot awaiting his arrival…

It’s so double standard that President Clinton was impeached for allegedly lying about having an affair to the American public, yet a president who openly and unabashedly commits acts of lawlessness in defiance of the Constitution and other governing laws, is protected, coddled, applauded, defended and supported by his fellow elephants who have become masters at the smoke and mirrors game to allow further division and destruction by their group revered dictator…if anyone is partisan, it is the elephants!

Principalities and powers…rulers of the darkness unleashed upon America, The Elephants…

It’s no hoax…Trump is the joke of all jokes…and this joke is on us, the American public.  This joker has laid waste to our democracy in our presence…he and his elephants will continue to trample the Constitution in their partisan behavior and allegiance to him, in dismissing the rightful and justified impeachment against him.

We are witnessing the death of a once righteous nation at the hands of educated fools, empowered to protect and serve it, and its people…where they have chosen to serve themselves by misdirecting and burying truth and justice…

We are no longer one nation under God…we are a fractured country…under the rule of DDT and his elephants.

The impeachment trial will be presided over with smoke and mirrors, carefully constructed to deceive the American people, convincing them that Trump did nothing wrong, while further sowing seeds of division, discontent and destruction, in the Land of the Once Free…

Once free, because the elephants and their followers have allowed themselves to be imprisoned by a “joke” masquerading as a president…who is in actuality, a dictator.

The heart of our nation has been cut out and devoured by the elephants…it’s no hoax!

Democracy is DEAD! Just ask the “joke” who puppets the elephants…..
