Everyday we are faced with making choices…and accepting the consequences of our choices…good or not so good outcomes…however, our choices just the same.
No one can make us do anything…they can present us with choices…which we ultimately will settle by making our choice, weighing the consequences of our choice, before we make it.
Some people choose to believe, demonstrate and declare that they are being forced into making choices that may or may not be agreeable to them or their lifestyle…. Taking that stance and making such accusations and assumptions free their conscience from taking responsibility for making a choice…any choice…especially if they view it as unfavorable to them.
Life is made up of moments and choices. Free-will is always exercised no matter how dire the outcome or circumstance…or how wonderful or brilliant the yield may be in making choices.
Very rarely do our choices not touch the lives and circumstances of others. Many choose (there it is again, “choice”) to believe that their choices do not affect anyone or anything other than themselves…
Not true.
Just because that is your belief and you do not always look beyond your choices, doesn’t make your choice solely unto you. The universe is based on connectivity to all things great and small…
So when you make your choices in life, consider the responsibility. Choices direct lives…make lives…take lives…destroy lives…break lives…give lives…extend lives…spare lives…respect lives…appreciate lives…humble lives…restore lives…
Strive to make the best possible choices and understand the consequences…and take responsibility.
Responsibility is also a Matter of Choice….
Live…and make responsible choices…
Don’t blame others…for the choices you make…
Your life…your choices.
Every choice creates a thread…
Every thread connects a life…moment…or universe.
Be grateful for the journey…
And create a “better.”

Nature has a way of finding balance when something is not instep with her creation…
Almost every living thing has a way of correcting its anomalies…except for humanity…Humans would rather control and destroy than adjust and balance…and seek harmony in support of preserving resources and coming up with safe and viable alternatives to depletion and sucking the life out of our planet which sustains and supports life without conditions.
We exploit this gift of sustained life by ignorance…greed…and denial…
Now every ignorance, act of greed and gain, and denial of the consequences of guardianship of Earth… have come to collect…balance…and even the score. These callous and egregious acts of humankind visited upon the planet…and one another in war and non-support of those in less developed countries have unleashed forces that are now out of human control as well as being too late to repair what has been damaged.
People continue to believe that they can beat Covid-19 with and without vaccines…without masks…social distancing and ignorance and denial of common sense and logic…which will wipe out half the population of the planet if these attitudes and foolish flaunting continue in their present manner.
Life on this planet was given the choice of continuing forward in the evolution of life for another geological age…or face extinction.
Governments are failing…Climate change is demonstrating its human-altered existence…and destruction capabilities…a pandemic is quickly taking the shape of the next human-cleansing plague…
Can We Fix Us?
Do we want to fix us?
Do we want to fix human mistakes to preserve and save the planet…Our life force?
Do we care enough to fix us???
Maybe we need more heatwaves, floods and earthquakes…More countries ravaged by war, displacing and claiming the lives of innocent men, women and children…
Maybe we need more corrupt and non-functioning government entities and self-serving politicians…maybe we need more insurrections…misinformed and cult controlled citizens…and election promises that never materialize…for instance, $50,000 in student loan forgiveness by President Biden…or total student loan forgiveness to give our country’s economy a real boost and people the opportunity to have a piece of American Pie…
Maybe we need another albatross around our necks to rise up and toss “tea into harbors” around the country in protest of “taxation without representation”…especially people of color…
Maybe we need to question our humanity…and have #MeToo accountability in every aspect of man’s inhumanity to every man, woman and child…who just want to live a peaceful, happy life without targeted cruelty…disrespect and hatred…
Can… We… Fix… Us?
Tune in…bring your popcorn…your compassion…your humanity…
And if there’s a crowd…and you’re indoors…
Maybe…just maybe…A Mask?

July Goes Out On The Rise…
Leaving us wondering…what will August bring in as a surprise?
Human behavior must change if we are going to garner positive gains. So many are not grasping the bigger picture…We can exercise our free-will…we can choose to go against the grain or go with it…realizing that in order to move forward with our choices, we cannot take others along with us. With that said, we must “disconnect” or lives from the lives of others when we make choices that may result in the loss of life…
Choosing not to take the vaccine is a choice…if this choice is taken, practice social distancing…masking up…and sanitize. Take responsibility and accountability for your choices…making others vulnerable to your choices opens up a greater door of accountability…which will result in greater consequences in the long run.
Make your choices knowing that you have more than one family affected by your choices…your biological family…your extended family…your work family…your social family…and your human family…you are consciously and sub-consciously connected…and physically connected in every outside activity that you consciously and sub-consciously engage in…right down to passing individuals on the street!
July has given us a harsh realization to the reality of Covid-19. The only way it is going to subside and eventually weaken is if we all do our part in making it so…
Take a moment to reflect on how you are influencing the rise of Covid-19 and it’s variants…It will continue to rise as long as those of us who make choices that pertain to self-centered thinking without considering their social “connectivity” and how they are not extending their choices to give others protection to their choices…
It’s okay if you want to walk that tightrope…just don’t harm others in the process of your feat…
Your will is your will and not necessarily the will of those around you…as you do not wish anyone to decide your fate…or force your will…do not force or decide the will and fate of others…many who do not know you…and those who do…do not cause them unnecessary pain and trauma. Do you love them enough to love yourself?
Life is a precious gift…you can choose to accept this gift or forfeit it…again…make that choice for yourself…not for others…
July is leaving us with sobering realizations…thoughts…and choices…
Bring in August with opportunities to lessen and rein in the spread of another offshoot variant of Covid-19…
This is in everyone’s hands…
Responsibility and accountability goes hand in hand with “Free-will.”
The choice is yours…mine…ours.
August will reveal the fork in the road…
The heroes and heroines we need…are in the choices we make…
Wisdom is Golden…
Wisdom prolongs Life…
Seek to attain Wisdom.

Year after year…
I ask myself why…
Why am I here?
This planet called Earth
Is a beautiful place…
But somehow its people
Have fallen from Grace…
They’ve totally distorted
A precious gift
Sent out from above…
The Wisdom of the Heavens
The gift of Love…
Day in and day out
Year after year…
Angels weep
To save the souls here…
Somehow it’s been forgotten
Through the passage of time…
Not to love one another
Is surely a crime…
It’s easier to be cruel…
To hate…you see…
Than to look for the love…
In you and me…
Day in and day out
Year after year…
I ask my God why…
Why am I here?
The answer comes softly…
Most certain and clear:
To restore the Love
So blocked out…by fear…
To give your heart
With compassion and cheer…
Truly learn…to turn
The other cheek…
Bring Light to the lost…
Comfort the weak…
As all life is mine…
It is also yours…
To strengthen
To nurture
To open closed doors…
If all this is done
Without thought to the deed…
You will have fulfilled
A very crucial need…
Day in and day out
Year after year…
Shine like a beacon
Let them know
I Am here…
Why…you ask…
Why are you here?
To show My Children…
I still hold them dear….
In this Holy Week…where all come together to pay reverence in their way to the meaning of Easter… Remember what it means to lay down your life…so that others may have life eternal…
Give reverence to those plagued and hounded by Racism…Prejudice…Discrimination…Hatred…
Imagine…what it would be like to be singled out because of the color of your skin…
Or have hatred visited upon you…because you are Asian…and treated with contempt…because of social ignorance and fear…
Or plagued by religious persecutions which go on all over the world in the waging of wars…and genocide…
To understand this week of Crucifixion…Sacrifice…Death…Resurrection and Life…Walk the path as each day passes…and understand what a Love as great as this really means for each and every one of us… Even if you don’t believe…look in your heart for the meaning of Love…and understand…that there is no love greater than to lay down your life for another…
Symbolically, stand up…speak out…come to the aid of…
Day in and day out…year after year…the trials and tribulations of Holy Week, are always being visited upon one individual or group of the human family…
One… who over 2000 years ago…did not think twice to stand up…speak out…and come to the aid of…ultimately giving the sacrifice of His life…for humanity’s gain.
He looked upon people as doing greater works than He…
We have only to witness those who have stepped out on faith and changed the course of human life in their selfless contributions to the betterment of humankind…
Step out of the shadow of fear…into the Light…
Day in and day out…year after year…
You may be the reason…
God holds His Children… dear….

Every negative act…took away 24 hours of Earth’s rotation around the Sun…lessening and shortening all life expectation? With consciously committed negative acts, increasing this phenomenon…by the power of 100?
What if…
You could reduce 10 acts of negativity by standing up to racial injustice…and ensure the world would turn another revolution…would you?
What if…
The meaning of life isn’t complexity…but simplicity…and the simplicity…is simply learning how to love one another…without conditions…without bias?
What if…
Thoughts were things…and things were thoughts…and we’ve manifested harmful thoughts and things into the world…Can we change our thoughts and things into that which is more beneficial and positive to humanity and our planet?
What if…
You really were the key to changing America and the world by always standing up to racial injustice?
What if…
You could erase negativity by your input of positivity…at every given opportunity?
What if…
Practicing simplicity opened the door to understanding that love is unconditional and unbiased?
What if…
In recognizing that thoughts are things…and things are thoughts…and consciously channeling only the good would bring about positive and beneficial manifestations which would elevate humanity and our planet to a reachable state of peace?
Take away the “what if…” from everything said…
It’s all true….
We must want to embrace the good and the positive…more than those who embrace and magnify negativity.
What if…
You gave yourself over to Love?
Let go…let Love…
And witness the transformation…

We can overcome our fears enough to take a vaccine that has the ability to keep us from falling so ill that we may never recover…because we don’t want to fall ill…to the degree that we may become another fatality…

That we are all superheroes and super heroines… because we possess the abilities to make all things possible to move ourselves forward through these current setbacks and obstacles…knowing all things will pass…and we can usher in the changes through these challenges…if we…

Here we are at February’s end…
How many of February’s days were seized in moments that have memorialized places in our hearts and positive changes in our lives…and the lives of others?
Every breath that you take…and every second that you take to move through your life…you are creating moments…moments that freeze in time…moments that will eventually become chapters…in your Book of Life.
We cannot afford to let time pass us by in months…hours…minutes…or seconds, without creating love…joy…and appreciation for life…and appreciation of life… One cannot…and must not be content with the order of any day…unless you have contributed in its creation.
Negativity, in any form, only rises to the occasion of destruction…seek not to destroy…but to build…by a contribution of love…joy…and appreciation…
Seize the moment…seize the day…
By offering a smile…a helping hand…a kind word and deed… Later… upon reflection…it will create a smile and joy…within you.
Never encourage or gloss over any act of negativity…in yourself…toward yourself…or toward others…Challenge these manifestations with solutions resulting in outcomes which will create and yield joyous moments…and days fulfilled…Days which will create significant entries into your Book of Life…A book that is constantly read…by the way you present yourself to others…today…and throughout your lifetime…
It comes back to…accountability. Don’t ever believe that what you do will ever escape the eyes of Eternity….
March is upon us…
Be conscious…
Live in the moment of now…
Bring joy…and laughter…
Awe…and wonder…
Thankfulness…Peace…
Appreciation…

We question it…
We dismiss it…
We blow it…
We show it…
We really don’t know it…
Do we really know it?
Look around…Look at today…remember the history we’ve created…and what it has yielded…
How far have we come? Look at what we embrace…look at what we accept…look at what we endorse…
Ask yourself…How far have we come? How far will we go? What must it take to understand it? What must be washed away before we no longer choose to ignore it?
It is distressing to say it is understood…and how what we say we know…what we say we are…and what we profess to represent…is absent from many…and it is wondrous how the many can continue through life without it…
Can we really find it?
Once we understand the entirety of it…maybe…
Will it ever bring peace?
Once it is realized that Truth is an integral part of it…
The chaos we are witnessing without…in our country…in the world…in individual lives…will cease…once we examine ourselves within…

Yes…there are many sad and depressing events that have come into our lives…since..and before this devastating virus… which have turned our days upside down…inside out…and left us with the wind knocked out of our sails…
Life is always happening…good…bad…or indifferent. We are always being tested…always challenged…always jumping over hurdles…and wrestling with obstacles…yet, in the midst of it all…we prevail…because we believe…and we believe in our dreams…

Today begins Black History Month…There are many individuals who manifested their dreams…not only for themselves…but for many others…

You may choose to silence me…
But you cannot silence that which you did not give…
You may take this vessel…
But you cannot take away the life within…
We cannot terminate or create that which we have no dominion
or power thereof…
That which is flesh is without life…
That which is Spirit…has no beginning and no end…
You believe that you are a creator of life…when you produce that which is flesh…
Again I say, that of the flesh, has no life…
It is a threshold of entry…a lighthouse without its beam…
Until the spark of the spirit is released within…
The spark of Divinity…released by God…
I am not the flesh which you seek to silence…
I AM THAT IS…without beginning…without end…
I am One in the Spirit…
That which IS…cannot be destroyed…
Can you silence God?
Reflect on that….
