Easter Sunday…New Life…Can We Rise As Well?

Easter Sunday marks the Resurrection…and everlasting life…

New life…Can we rise as well?

We have been given another opportunity to embrace life and living by understanding that we create who we are and what we become. We choose life by connecting with humanity in service and love…We must step away from selfishness and the art of creating sins with the belief that they are inconsequential and limited to the maker…

The gift of salvation is not to be mocked…

When we really understand what has been done on humanity’s behalf by the sacrifice of the Lamb, Jesus…We will gain the gifts…the gifts he possessed…and said that we as well can and will do greater works than he…He and the Almighty believed in humanity more than humanity believes in and of itself…

Communion with one another is our salvation…

We have been entrusted with the role of Good Shepherd…

We have been given the chance to rise and become risen in understanding and passing on the real meaning of Love and its transformational energy…and becoming a practicing witness of the resulting, life- changing miracles.

Humanity depends on its understanding of the meaning of Easter.

No matter how you choose to express your spirituality…or not. It will not change your connectivity to humanity…or how you affect others by the way you choose to live your life. Your actions or non-actions…affect the growth or regression of life everywhere on the planet in all it’s forms.

What we can control of what happens between us on this planet…we have created…the Good…The Bad…The Ugly…and the Horrific…

We can change…

We can rise…

We can accept the Gift…

We can unify our planet…after all…Division is a “people” creation…promoted daily.

Easter Sunday…

New Life…

New Beginnings…

Can we rise as well?

These Easter Sundays are not limitless…

Soon…choices will no longer be an option…

We can rise…

We must believe.

Happy Easter…..

Good Friday…He Took Away The Sins of the World…Did We Bring Them Back?

With his death, Christ took away the sins of the world…Did we bring them back?

Good Friday is a day of mourning of this supreme sacrifice given by Christ to secure humanity a passage into everlasting life….

What have we done with our salvation?

Take a look around your immediate surroundings…then take a look around the world…

There is still so much human induced pain and suffering upon immediate family…friends…co-workers…strangers…animals…the planet…for reasons that are far and away from sacrifice…compassion…and selflessness…

The origin of “compassion” comes from Latin which means “to suffer with.” A greater commitment that not only means to have sympathy but to suffer along with whoever is suffering… This is how Christ gave his life for humanity…He made the ultimate sacrifice by suffering along with humanity in taking humanity’s sins and suffering upon himself.

It appears as though the sins of the world are back…a hundredfold! This time…we are being reminded that we can choose to uphold the great sacrifice and show of compassion that was made on humanity’s behalf…to ensure the salvation that we have been given…Holy Week culminating with Good Friday…isn’t an occurrence that comes just once a year…Love…Sacrifice…Compassion…are always with us to exercise every second of everyday.

There are those who believe that sins will never be accounted for, and therefore, they make it their mission in life to violate every universal law which extends into laws of humanity, without believing their actions consequential…Every human breath and action is held accountable…and will be satisfied…There is nothing random in the universe…From black holes to meteors crashing to Earth…Everything holds meaning and accountability….

Use this day of Good Friday to understand its significance…and yours.

The gift of salvation was made with compassion…sacrifice…love…and the knowing and belief…that humanity was worth it…

He took away the sins of the world…Have we brought them back?

Search your hearts…

It is there…you will find the answer…

And…Salvation….

Holy Thursday…Maundy Thursday…

Holy Thursday…Maundy Thursday…

“Love one another as I have loved you.”

The Last Supper…

Jesus washed the feet of his disciples…teaching them to serve…to love and to serve…

What has happened to humanity?

How we have divided ourselves!

To not believe…does not give passage to evil.

To be without love…is to be soulless…

These times are meant to “see” who we really are…and what we have become…

These times are meant to separate the wheat from the chaff…

These are the times of self-confrontation…

These are times of enlightenment…

These are times of the bottomless pit…

These are the times of salvation…

Holy Thursday is the day we command ourselves to choose…

To rise…or to fall…

Eternal life…or Eternal damnation…

It has nothing to do with belief…

It has everything to do with…to be…or not to be…

Love is not a religion…

It is a way of life…

He who is always with you…is…here…

Reminding us with Holy Week…

And…

It’s meaning…

His Coming was not to create a new religion…

He came to bring The Truth…

And the Way to Light…

The Path…Is Love…

Enter the Light of Love through Service to Humanity…

The greatest lesson…

“Love one another as I have loved you.”

Unconditionally….

The Twelve Days Of Christmas Begin On Christmas Day…

Merry Christmas!!! While today is December 25th and Christmas Day…Did you know that the Twelve Days of Christmas also begin today? It is the belief that the 12 days of Christmas were the amount of time it took the Three Wise Men, or Three Kings to travel to Bethlehem for the Epiphany after Jesus was born. Accordingly, the Epiphany was the “revelation” that Jesus was revealed to be the “Savior” of Mankind as promised by the Divine through Prophecy…

The First Day of Christmas, which is Christmas Day, Celebrates the birth of Jesus…The Christ.

The Second Day of Christmas, Boxing Day or Saint Stephen’s Day, remembers the first martyr of Christianity, which was St. Stephen.

The Third Day of Christmas Celebrates Saint John, the Apostle, or Saint John the Beloved. He is the patron saint of love, loyalty, friendships, authors, booksellers, burn victims, poison victims, art-dealers, editors, publishers, scribes, examinations, scholars and theologians…Saint John wrote the Book of Revelation.

The Fourth Day of Christmas is the Feast of the Holy Innocents…this day remembers all of the babies murdered by King Herod in his search to find and kill baby Jesus.

The Fifth Day of Christmas remembers the Archbishop of Canterbury, Saint Thomas Becket, who was killed because he challenged the king’s authority of the church.

The Sixth Day of Christmas Celebrates Saint Egwin of Worcester who is known as the protector of orphans and the widowed…he died in 717.

The Seventh Day of Christmas, which is New Year’s Eve, celebrates Pope Sylvester I, who filled the see of Rome at an important era of the Christian Roman Empire, or the Western Church…He died in Rome, Italy on December 31, 335 AD.

The Eight Day of Christmas on New Year’s Day, Celebrates Mary, the mother of Jesus.

The Ninth Day of Christmas honors two important Christians, Saint Basil the Great and Saint Gregory Nazianzen, from the 4th century. Saint Basil the Great was a Byzantine bishop and influential theologian who supported the Nicene Creed and opposed the heresies of the early Christian church. He was born in Kayseri, Turkey in 330 AD and died January 1, 379 AD. Saint Gregory was born in Arianzum, (known as Nazianzus) Cappadocia in 329 AD and was the Archbishop of Constantinople and a theologian, considered the most accomplished rhetorical stylist of the Patristic Era, or early Christian writers who were designated Church Fathers. He died January 25, 390 AD.

The Tenth Day of Christmas Celebrates the Feast of the Holy Name of Jesus…when Jesus was named in the Jewish Temple.

The Eleventh Day of Christmas Celebrates Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, the first American saint. She was born on August 28, 1774, In New York, NY, and died January 4, 1821, in Emmitsburg, MD. She was a Catholic religious sister and an educator, and the founder of the country’s parochial school system.

The Twelfth Day of Christmas is Epiphany Eve, known as that because it is January 5, the day before Epiphany, the Three Kings’ Day, a Christian Festival, which begins on January 6, celebrating how a star led the Magi to the baby Jesus….

The Twelve Days of Christmas isn’t just a Christmas song…it is also known as Twelvetide, a Christian religious celebration centered around the Nativity.

It is believed also that the Twelve Days of Christmas symbolize a different aspect of the Christian religion…

A partridge in a pear tree represents Jesus…

Two turtle doves…the Old and New Testaments…

Three French hens…Faith…Hope and Charity…

Four calling birds….the four gospels…

Five golden rings…the first five books of the Old Testament…

Six geese…the six days of creation….

Seven swans…the gifts of the Holy Spirit…

Eight maids…the eight blessings given by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount, in the Gospel of Matthew…

Nine ladies dancing…the nine different fruits of the Holy Spirit…

Ten lords….the Ten Commandments…

Eleven pipers…the eleven faithful Apostles…

Twelve drummers…the twelve points of the doctrine in the Apostle’s Creed…

Take these twelve days of Christmas and create at least twelve days more to carry out the Spirit of Christmas…

Continue with Faith…Hope…and Charity. Begin your own new tradition….We have been through a two-year period of thoughtful isolation…time alone that has allowed us to reflect…and given us moments through this travail…to touch the face of God…

Let us change in the twinkling of an eye…let us reach out…let us give our hearts in the spirit of what was given to all of us with the birth of Christ…Let us remember that we are all blessed….that we are all saviors…and shepherds…Messengers…and Deliverers…remember that life is not an everyday promise…but a gift…

As you continue to ponder your thoughts and reflect on the events of your Christmas Day…be good…be kind…be forgiving…be thankful…to yourself…and to others…

Renew…with your twelve days of Christmas…

Give and receive the love….

Your twelve days of Christmas awaits…

Make someone smile…and feed your soul…..

Merry Christmas to all…and to all…

Feel the Love…because you are….

HE IS RISEN…It’s a Brand New Day…For Humanity…

Easter Sunday is a testament to humanity…A reminder that your ticket to Heaven has been bought and paid for…through the Blood of Jesus…

Easter Sunday is the greatest testament to Love that will ever come to be…

We just need to go within…to recognize the sacrifice given…for the Love of Humanity.

Yesterday morning…I awoke to words in my heart…in gracious thanks and testament to my spiritual understanding of this great and powerful love that was given for us…and to us…Yet, we exercise such limited understanding of its meaning…and power.

There is a tremendous healing and restorative power in love…like a mustard seed…just a little love goes a long way.

Easter isn’t about dyeing eggs…luscious baskets filled with candy and little trinkets…parading around in “Easter best” or bonnets…

The meaning of Easter is the miracle of Love and the Resurrection of throwing off the flesh (the material)…and recognizing the power of the Spirit (Love) and what can be accomplished in selfless and unconditional giving of this essence and most powerful… living energy.

Christ was consistent and unwavering in His acts of Love…even with those who were perceived as His enemies…

“Forgiveness” is a most significant key in understanding the power and magic of Love…

Christ came to teach us…to show us by example…the incredible and unbelievable power…of Love.

He believed that once we understood Love…we would do greater works than He…

He Is Risen….

Can we rise?

A soul must be willing to rise…

He can and did…lead us there…Can we rise?

Let your heart guide you…

Here are the words that came to me, yesterday-morn…

IN THE NAME OF JESUS

He Said…

Come sit upon my tomb

Open up your heart…make room…

This sacrifice I make

Is your choice for commitment to take…

A vow of Love…Love…Love…

Handed down from above…(a)bove…(a)bove…

So that you can be Free…Free…Free…

Throughout E-ter-ni-ty!

He laid down His life, you see…

Given up for you and me

Stand up and praise His Name…

Your life won’t be the same…

Shout it out with joy…Exclaim

Go ahead…just say His Name…

Jesus…Jesus…JESUS!

He rescued me!

He saved my soul…blessed are we!

Hallelujah, Hallelujah!

Let the truth be told…
He rescued me!!!

He took me from the dark into the Light

He showed me how to win the fight…

By knowing wrong from right…

He set me Free…Free…Free!

Throughout E-ter-ni-ty!

Laid down His life…you see

Gave it up for you and me…

Stand up and praise His Name…

Never ever gonna be the same…Same…SAME!

Shout it out with Joy…Exclaim

Shout it out…there is no shame!

Shout it out, yes! Say His Name…

Jesus…Jesus…JESUS!

He rescued me…He saved my soul you see…

He came to me…Me…ME

So I could be free…Free…FREE

Throughout E-ter-ni-ty!

Laid down His life…You see

In Salvation…

For you and me…

He came to set us free…

This joy won’t let me be…

Laid down His life…

Glo-ry!!!

Laid down His life…

Saved me…

In the Name of Jesus…

In the Name of Jesus…

In the Name of Jesus…

A-men….

We can rise…if we believe…

It isn’t about following a religion…

It’s about Believing…

The “Knowing” that lives in our hearts…tells us this is truth…even if we refuse to believe.

We are here…In The Name of Love…

Christ gave up His life…In The Name of Love…

Christ is Risen…

Resurrected…In The Name of Love…

BELIEVE…

Easter Sunday is the culmination of events…resulting in the Greatest Love of All…

Yes…HE HAS RISEN…

And paved a Way…for us to follow.

Happy Easter…Happy Resurrection Day…

You are most Loved…..

Holy Week…A Time For Reflection…Then Resurrection…

I always find the week leading up to Easter Sunday, Holy Week,  is a week of reflection and resurrection of your spirit…A week of contemplation and giving of yourself…as Jesus gave of Himself…and ultimately, Himself… for Humanity’s Salvation…Yet in this week of reflection, we examine ourselves to find if we have been true to our inner spirits of God’s faith in us as being worthy of salvation…by giving service to others, unconditionally,  while manifesting miracles through the power of love…

Our trial as true beacons of light and love, was ushered in by a pandemic…this pandemic is going to be one of the ultimate tests of humankind’s service to one another and a testament to the power and miracle manifestations of Love…

Maundy Thursday and Good Friday are always reflections of the finality and suffering of Jesus’s last acts in human form, by the reaction of the weather during those days…Thursday, it rained all day…Friday began cloudy…the sun broke through momentarily…and then there was rain…and darkness.  The heavens remember  the past…representing these days, every year that I can remember, with darkness and rain…Sorrow and tears from above…to cleanse and open our hearts to the real reason of our existence…Love….

Tomorrow will be the day of the Great Resurrection…He rose again to save our souls…so we could save others…Practice Connectivity…Teach Brotherhood…Give Peace….Manifest Miracles Through Love…Become the Power…Become Love…We are and always will be Love…Tapped or untapped…it is who we are…and we will be tested…time and time again…until we face that realization…

No matter how many eons pass…or how many resurrections we find before us…We will always be given a reminder…This pandemic will pass…but not our capacity to Love…it must stay with us and we must cultivate it daily…hourly…moment by moment…without giving thought to the deeds or the giving…lest we do…we will be given a test even greater…to which there may be no return to give thanks…

There are only hours left to reflect before we resurrect…become one with He who gave His life…so we could live…

I will leave you with that reflection…..

a day
