Ukraine…David…Goliath…Russia…

A biblical story with a twist…is playing itself out before the eyes of the world…

While we watch…pay special attention to the will and reserve of Ukraine…They are faced with the task of battling a giant…a giant about to fall…due to a dictator imposing his small ideals upon the shoulders of Russian citizens who view Ukraine as a brother nation…A true and pure show of cowardice as is with all sociopathic narcissists, such as Putin.

America had its taste of what such a destructive being can do embodied in Trump…our nation is still working to heal and recover from the deep division…chaos…propaganda…cult followers (still continuing to promote division and propaganda in the form of the GOP) caused by handing over the reins to a self-serving con-man…

What we are witnessing in the Ukrainian people is a purity of courage…commitment…and an “all-in” loyalty and “ride or die” mindset that keeps them true to themselves and their belief in democracy and their right to be free and live free…

How small everything else appears…when viewing men…women…and children…yes, children! Willing to stand up to a giant…and lay down their lives for one another to preserve their freedom!

All of us…in the name of freedom and the propagating of peace…we must do what we must to ensure that Ukraine…David…prevails over Putin…the face of Russia…Goliath…we must assist in pulling back the sling that holds the stone…to fall the ogre that cushions himself with the blood of the innocents. 

Most assuredly, Ukraine…as well as those in Russia who are at the mercy of a “madman.”  Hatred must not be propagated against those who live in fear…a country divided that cannot fully voice their disapproval…without fear of retaliation.  Yet, we have seen those who have defied retaliatory measures to stand in solidarity with Ukraine.

A new world is emerging…

A world of accountability…

Putin has committed war crimes…using force that has taken lives…destroyed homes…and disrupted a country’s peaceful existence to satisfy his delusion of world domination…

How many countries must fall?  How many must suffer at the hands of these tyrants before they are stopped? How many must taste homelessness and loss?

Our commitments to peace and freedom will be constantly tested and tried…until we become as committed as our Ukrainian counterparts…

An attack on Ukraine…is an attack on everyone who believes…lives…and defends the right to be free…live free…and exercise their freedom in the way they choose to govern themselves…

If Democracy is the way…stand up for it…preserve it…exercise it…and protect those who are righteously giving their lives for it! 

The people of Ukraine ARE living it…their unity is their weapon…

Let us take their lesson in example and use it to heal ourselves…while going to the aid of our brothers and sisters in need…

By any means necessary…

Their fight…

Is our fight…

Democracy everywhere…is under siege.

Their freedom…

Is our freedom…

Read between the lines…

We cannot wait until things are at their worst

Before we put forth our best…

Amend the Rules of War…

Create a resolution that will send immediate people power needed…

The 21st Century calls for 21st Century mandates….

The Past…will be our undoing if we do not lay it to rest by learning from it…while taking measures to ensure that history does not repeat itself….

It’s time to rewrite the pages…

Today…not tomorrow…

Ukraine cannot wait…

We cannot wait…

Tomorrow…

Is the Future…

What will it be?
