Two Months Until Election…What Are Your Issues?

September 3…November 3…Two months…weigh your issues…take whatever measures you must take to make choices that will secure changes for a solid, quality of life. Don’t throw away or giveaway your power.

The issues that will be covered in the next two months and expanded upon will be healthcare…homelessness…wages…taxes…education…teachers…environment…the cost of living (food, gas prices, housing, rents…who is really profiting from the slashing, cutting, and hoarding of funds meant for the people….

What are your issues? What would you like to look into that will give you a clearer picture into what is really going on and how you can affect the outcomes?

Let’s dive in. I will also be posting on https://charlenebangspedersen.wordpress.com.

Keeping you in touch with the city of Nashua, NH, the ward where I am running for State Representative…And other sister cities…and how we can connect in community to rid the state of the factions which promote actions that are not for a “New Hampshire” they’re promoting as “an example” for the rest of the country…No. Far from it as long as programs that can and will promote a quality life for those who really support the state: The Working Class, are cut or not passed, because funding has been deflected from and put into programs that support the wants of those who do not have any business dictating how working class people should “survive” in the world they have created for themselves…And those who have been deemed “undesirables,” because they have been forced to survive on the streets, and wages can’t keep food on the table…roofs overhead…or medical needs met. Don’t be fooled. Be wise. Stop settling for crumbs…

Next stop…Nashua.

By The People…

By the people…Administered by representatives chosen by citizens.

After much urging, a thousand times “No!” Reasonings and a visit to a State House session on invitation, I made a decision to run for State Representative for Nashua Ward 7 District 7…

Why?

Of the people…By the people…for the people…

Let’s recall what that means.

“Of the people”…Its authority from the citizens.

“By the people”…Administered by representatives chosen by citizens.

“For the people”…serving the interests and welfare of the public.

Such a government “Shall not perish from the earth.”

Abraham Lincoln…Phrases from his Gettysburg Address….

Powerful words that were to remind the people that they are the seat of democracy. If we are to live and be an example of a conscious and humane society, we must rely upon each other to enforce a government of the people…by the people…for the people… Service to the people…Service to the country…service to uphold…deliver…and protect by a government chosen by the people…

How far have those chosen, strayed from this motto? Government isn’t the problem. It’s those who were chosen…They have decided that the will of the people isn’t worth the effort…They have chosen their wills…their rules…their selves to “govern” while targeting a government, supposedly by the people, as the problem.

At that session, laws and measures that would have improved the quality of life for citizens of New Hampshire, were effortless killed and explained away with a bevy of untruths in false justifications.

Not only in New Hampshire…Nationally as well. The citizens of New Hampshire deserve so much better than what has been “settled” for. This is not democracy. This is not government of for and by the people. This is government by a select few.

Over the next few months until the election on November 3, 2026, I will post my campaign journey. I’m inviting you to join me. To see what I see. To share my experiences. To read my words and weight them…make your decisions…and choose wisely. It is your vote that is the power…that gives power.

Thank you for taking this journey with me.

Together, we will make progress a reality….
